Cancellation Policy

Our doctors & hygienists want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. We understand that illness and emergencies occur and will accommodate for those rare instances. However, if you do need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully ask for 48 hour notice. A missed appointment or day of cancellation fee, of up to $100 per hour,  may be charged to your account for not honoring this policy.
